Cosmic Overdose - Final Koko

Cosmic Overdose are nothing less than total Swedish legends when it comes to electronic music. Formed already back in 1978 by Dan Söderqvist and Karl Gasleben they are more or less considered the first electronic act in Sweden. The band released two full length album back in the days and appeared on radio/TV several times.

Progress Productions re-released these classic album plus some unreleased material back in 2016 in the box "Koko Total". This release "Final Koko" was the first and last material that the band recorded in English before they 1981 put the band to rest for good and reformed under Twice A Man. "Final Koko" was released as a very limited edition on tape early 1982 and is considered to be one of the most rare items in the Swedish electro scene. Now the album finally in available again and has been carefully remastered by Hans Olsson at Svenska Grammofonstudion in Gothenburg. Also as a bonus the band has added a few remixes with previously only have been available digitally. A true Swedish masterpiece and gem. A very important piece of history is finally available in physical form again.
